Worst bank ever

FNB is the worst bank ever. I am waiting 4 weeks for them to call me back for a student loan. I did 6 complaints, my problem is still not sorted. After three weeks they called me for a Student loan, after wasting an hour of my time, their system were offline. They said the will call me the following morning 9 o Clock. Still no call back. I went 5 times to the branch, but they can't assist me with this in branch. The registration is closing on 4 February. I can get a study loan at another bank inside the branch, but I have to change my bank account to them. So good bye FNB. You have the worst service I have ever seen in a bank.
