WORST BANK EVER

You know when you need to cancel a bank account? When the inconvenience outweighs the benefits. I've been trying to fetch my card at the branch for 2 days and the queues are ridiculous. Now I'm trying to pull a statement to date and I can't. It doesn't give statements up until today. I contact them the agent tells me I need to go to an atm. Yes with no card. This is the pits. FNB has gone to the dogs. I need to swap to discovery because this is unacceptable
