Worst bank ever, can't even get basic banking right!!!

You are absolutely pathetic and don't have a clue what the hell you are doing!!!! I've been trying for over a week, over 20 phone calls later, numerous emails and numerous Hellopeter complaints just to get an account under debt review Settled.

Firstly Debt review department keeps on referring me to the FNB loans department to get a Settlement but when I phone them they just keep on transferring me to the debt review department.

Now i'm unable to make payments to this account, not from Nedbank/Capitec or my wife's FNB Account. She then spoke to an online banking lady who said payments can't be made directly to this account. Just spent another hour on the line just to be told we can make payments to this account but still unsuccessful!!!!
