Worst bank ever.

I have had 2 x failed online purchases on the 17th and 18th of June and to date the funds have not been returned to my account. I was advised to fill out a form which I have done and sent the forms and still nothing. I have spoken to numerous *********** agents via secure chat and over the phone calling the call center and I have been given the runaround to the value of R500 airtime and nobody can assist me. I need my money.
