Worst bank ever

I have had ongoing issues with FNB and you guys keep surprising me. Now I get a phone call from a machine saying I have been handed over to FNB legal to collect AFTER I spoke to you guys last week to make arrangements that everything will be paid to date by the end of the month!! Now I must send an email to you guys to make a payment arrangement after I already did??? This is really the worst service I have ever had!! I will not stay with FNB after this.
