Worst bank ever

What a unprofessional bank, firstly they hold my money without saying a word to me about a ***** case against the funds I received, I provided them with my proof and still yet no reply an investigators was supposed to be assigned within 48hrs it’s passed 48hrs there’s no response. I can confidently say this is the worst bank
