Worst bank ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I posted a complain on here over a week ago for a penalty fee I got charged for ‘not having enough money in my account when in fact I had OVER enough.

I got a red number from fnb for my case and EVERYTHING and just got a mail asking me to rate the service of the person that supposedly called me and helped me? What the hell is going on at FNB head office????
