Worst bank ever and only getting worse!

I have been with FNB my whole life and I am on the verge of leaving them. FNB used to be the number 1 bank in the country. And as time is progressing they are becoming worse and worse. Their branch managers don't care about customers and their bank facilities don't work properly. I have a business account I want to close and settle when I have money again. Not only did they tell me no I can't close it. The account will carry on gaining interest fees at my expense also they wouldn't let me do it at my local branch. So I ended up taking an hour drive to the branch I opened the account and then got told no I can't close the account. On top of that I can no longer download bank statements. And on top of that their banking app asked me to use my fingerprint to login to my app and their fingerprint login doesn't even work. Now whenever I login I get a popup of a fingerprint scanner that doesn't ****ing Work!!!!! I am ****ing sick!!!!!!! of you ****ty ****ing service!!!!!!!!!!!
