worst bank ever

its been 14 days and still waiting on feedback from fnb for an ***** case thats been made on my account sapd case has been opend and everthing has been sent true to them they grap my business card at an atm and all cameras are active once i try to stop the card on app it dint work rush to the bank but all my mony was withrawn and swipe 16k in total the didnt even stop the swipe trancaction nothing i need feedback
