Worst bank ever

What a pathetic bank, i opened a account with FNB i emailed my Fica documents on the 17th and on the 21st of November 2021 , still my card is not activated. i have been transferred from one consultant to another still no assistance.

Please close this account i will go open an account where Clients actually do get assisted.
