Worst Bank Ever 😡😡😡😡

Fnb is the worst bank around, this bank has no customer centrism at all, it’s been 7days my card was swallowed by their atm and the intended withdrawal did not happen. The card did not come out likewise the money. I followed the procedure as requested to dispute this upto now no response what so ever. What is annoying me is this withdrawal was for medical bill for a child critically ill child and this annoying FNB decide to keep my money. We suffering for banking with them.
