Worst bank ever

Called 6 times to close an account. After they assured me it will be closed in 2 working days. I went to a branch. Waited more than an hour to close my account. I asked the lady if my e-bucks and savings accounts will be closed with my fusion account, becaused its linked to my main account. She said yes everything will be closed. So it's a week later and a few phone calls and people assuring me to wait 2 working days my e-bucks aacount will be closed. So my account is still open. I e-mailed the person linked to my problem 20 times with zero response... Worst bank ever. Worst worst worst....
