Worst bank ever

Your branch at Mall @ Reds is absolutely useless and ridiculous. Waiting times are up to an hour or more, to do something simple like open a bank account or collect a card. Make the branch bigger or figure out a better operating system! I’m very disappointed as a first time customer. I thought this was the number 1 bank in South Africa but it’s so backwards! I’m closing my account with you guys
