Worst bank ever.
My account has been blocked/frozen for over a year now!! This is unacceptable, I've tried twice already getting answers but nobody has answers. I can't access my money, but yet FNB still deducts amounts every month. How do you expect people to bank with you if you can't even tell someone why they can't access their own account.

27 Aug 2021, 10:12After a month now I've tried sending an email with the requested information to the email address provided to me when FNB called numerous times just to find out the email address doesn't exist, so still my issue hasn't been resolved. This is really pathetic and unnecessary, yet they still deduct fees from MY money that I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO.
