I want to expose First National Bank as the worst bank ever. I opened an account for my 15-year-old son, and from the start, it was a frustrating experience. First, we had to wait for the card, which was manageable. However, when we tried to download the app, no one at the bank could assist us. I eventually had to go to my service provider to resolve the issue.

But the real problem came when, after all this effort, no one mentioned that a child under 16 cannot have a banking app. After calling the call center, I was instructed to return to the bank, only to be informed that children under 16 aren't allowed to use the app.

This entire process was a total waste of my time. I strongly advise against using First National Bank. This was my first and last time dealing with them, and I will be canceling my son's account immediately.
