Worst Bank Ever

Worst bank ever! Opened a business account with them , I need my postal code to be changed. Call centre could not assist, went into the umhlanga cresent branch and they said they can't assist. I manage to change it on the app but my statement just came out and it still has my old code. This is required for a tender and details needed to be accurate. No help up to today.
