WORST BANK EVER!!

I have unauthorized debits on my account. I reported this to the bank, I was first told to block the debits of which I did. I then did a follow up with the ***** department and I want to know how to get my money back from the unauthorized debits on my account. I was told that they are unable to help me. I have banked eith FNB over 15years and they tell me there is nothing they can do when someone is *******ly taking money from my account!!
