WORST BANK EVER>

Worst bank ever, how can none of the staff at 3 different branches not fix a secure 3d scan and OTP that doesn't come thru for any online purchases?? none of your staff can help with that and instead they change the bank pin and tells me the problem will be fixed....its still not fixed and its going on 2 months now.

Im happy to say that the thousands of rands that goes thru you will be going thru another bank as im going to close both my accounts with you very soon.
