WORST BANK EVER!!
We opened a Stockvel account in December last year with FNB and it is the worst experience ever. From the first month we battled to get statements and had to go to the bank to get statements and everytime we went they charged us, yet it was their responsibility to send the statements. It took them three months to sort this out. We eventually moved the account to a 32 day notice and the same thing happened. So it looks like this is a way for the bank to make extra money because I have been sending emails and don't get any response from them

I called and got transferred and cut off four times. Why is it so difficult just to get a statement? I can't wait to get rid of this account!!!
