Worst bank ever

Fnb is the most *********** bank i have ever banked with last weekend they had a system glitch with vouchers 7days later the issue has still not been resolved everytime I call or go to the branch no one is able to assist me their call centre agents even hang up on clients customer service level zero .my money hasn't been refunded 7days and counting spike to a manager that said she doesn't know when it will be resolved so no one knows anything there
