Worst bank ever!!!!

FNB is probably the worse bank ever!!! In 2020 I took out the Covid loan to pay my accounts that I had with them. At the time I was unemployed and due to covid, I struggled to find employment. Eventually I've found a job last year Febr. I tried fighting FNB for lending me money when I was unemployed and didn't have an income but nothing came if it, so I agreed to pay the covid loan. I've made arrangements to pay R1000 extra every month towards the arrears as well as my normal monthly installment. Since Jan this year, I have not missed one payment. Notwithstanding this agreement with them and my monthly payments being up to date, my credit record has not been updated, still showing that I have missed payments since last year. This is affecting my credit record in a bad way!!! And their collections collections department keep on phoning me about the arrears and asking for payment. What is wrong with these people??? Are they not updating their system???? Worst bank ever!!!!
