Worst Bank Ever

This Bank is the worst so far, banking with them is the worst decision l have ever made. They allow ********** debit orders to go through your account, if they is no money in your account they keep charging you for no items paid without funds yet they are the ones that allows debit orders that did not have a debimandate to go through. The worst part even if you call them they will tell you they don’t get involved as you might have allowed those people to take money in your account like seriously ?. Annoying part they even take ages to process paid purchases and you will keep having loads of unpaid/ transactions on your account even though their system would have taken the money like l lost close to R1000 this month with those items paid without money yet there was money in my account but due to them allowing unauthorised debits to go through it makes it difficult to trust them with my money. Bank with them at your own risk their security is questionable. Even if you call to resolve the issue l was transferred 5 times to different people that did not have a clue of how to solve the issue. Annoying!!!!
