WORST BANK EVER

Absolutely ridiculous service from you!! First, you lose funds that were refunded to my account. To date (after nearly 2 years) no one can give answers. EVEN THOUGH proof of everything has been provided. Secondly, after our investment account was transferred from Std Bank to yourselves, you've been making up TONS of excuses as to why the funds haven't cleared in our account yet. Its been 4+ weeks! Not even threats to the bank ombud do anything for the useless staff there.
