Worst bank ever
Worst service ever, pathetic!!!!
Downloaded my bank statement only to find out they changed my address without my knowledge and when I call they can't explain what happened and tell me it'll take up to 30 days to be rectified and this lady (consultant) Ntombi tells me "sorry mntase I don't know what you're gonna do"
Like I need proof address who requested that my address be changed!!!!!!
