worst bank ever

We had ***** on our account and our account was blocked while they are investigating. We have moved our salary to another bank in the meantime now my work accidentally paid to fnb account and been running around two days to get access to my funds and now the only option they have to acces my funds is to draw 3000 a day till all drawed up will fnb pay my withdraw and deposit fees. They allow ***** on your account but don't care what happens to clients next pathetic. The branch contact the person handling the case and does not even respond or take the calls
