Worst bank ever
Worst service ever!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE. Its more than a month now that I’m struggling to get my paypal sorted out with these people just because of a proof of residence that I have submitted twice now which is not good enough, “the document is not on a letterhead” or “not clear enough” but yet no where it states that the documents needs to be on a letterhead. If a document is certified it confirms that the document is legit. I’ve never had a account with these people and Im forever grateful for it. I can not believe what a hassle this is!!

FNB logged a complain straight away after posting on hello peter there after received a call from a lady that is trying to sort out the situation of which the story changed 4 times since, more reasons popped up about why my proof of residence cant be verified. After a long fight back and forth I eventually got a call to say it was sorted out. I just would like to say thank you to the lady(not sure if I'm allowed to mention names on the platform) that has been assisting me in the situation and being very patient and calm when my frustration levels got high with these people. Don't shoot the messenger.
