Worst bank ever

I moved over to FNB to qualify for the 2000 rand when opening up the account.

I ensured I met all the requirements, paid up my loan and confirmed it all on whats up in March already, they confirmed that the close was paid up and closed and that my paid up letter would be sent in 45 working days time. Now on on the 14 of May R180.00 was deducted and when i called they said its another outstanding balance. I am not accepting loosing the R2000.00 rand when I did everything and you guys confirmed my account was paid up.

I am fuming right now and want this sorted. All proof of payments and messages can be sent.
