Worst Bank ever

My account has always been debited by random creditors and I always have to go in and reverse them. The worst was when they allowed a debit order to go through on the 24th December when in fact if they've been waiting my account pattern all debits go off on the 15th. When I phoned the call centre I got shoved from pillar to post and worse part I'm unable to go into a branch because I'm on holiday. Why can't I do the reversal over the phone? This is so annoying and it's not the first time.
