WORST BANK EVER

there is just noooo way to explain how stupid this banks aftersales is they dont care i went into hospital for 2 weeks and i will prove that now i could not do invoices so my acount went into minus but the debit orders keeps failing and they minus my account more and then now my account is on a minus 1500 now and when you try and phone them to help they say come to the branch !!!! I CANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was in hospital and now in bed not allowed to walk for another week so my account must keep on just going up with minus value till i can reach the brach just so they can say sorry i must pay this they cant help me with this minus so i will be ending on minus 2000 that i have to pay because fnb can help me in my situasion
