I am trying my best to apply for an overdraft increase. I phoned, was asked have I tried online, big sigh when saying no, had to hold on to be transferred and got cut off. Then I tried on the website. Then I tried on the app. Chose the same account I currently have, and all of a sudden was told a new account has been opened. User unfriendly back and technology
