Worst bank ever

Worst bank ever. I disputed 5 debit orders on the 8th of September 2024, which they told me it will take up to 40 working days to be finalized, which is ridicules as it is with there own funeral cover. One of them i received back and the other 4 is still pending. How the hell is this possible as it was done on the same day. These fools really don't need to be in business anymore as they are useless
