Worst bank ever.

Worst experience ever.. the bank sent me an email to send documents of proof that my funds are not ********** and i did.. a day later my funds were hold. went to the branch to get assistance and the consultant told me she doesn't know how to assist i should email the bank which i did several times and still nothing came to light..I had to call the head office myself back to back while I was at the branch and they kept on giving one number after the other to call and still wasn't assisted.. no reference no nothing.sometimes they would just don't pick my calls or would hang on me. As soon as I get this sorted out I'm banking elsewhere I don't need this kinda bull.
