Worst bank ever

Worst bank ever!!!! Froze my account due to "fica" send in all my docs via email to the email address they gave me. That was a week ago and account is still blocked. Send them countless emails with no reply. We dont have a fnb in town now I must drive 100km to an fnb to sort it out.
