Worst bank ever

I'm so disappointed in Fnb. On Saturday I was doing a deposit at Meyersdal atm and the deposit was unsuccessful but my money didn't come out of the atm. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me on how far my money is because that was the last money I have. I'm stuck now I can't work, the service is poor no one is willing to help me... I really think FNB has lost its shine. This is the second time this has happened to me this year. When I receive my money I'm going to shop for another bank honestly this is not business friendly anymore
