Worst bank ever

I had the worst experience ever with fnb. I received sars payout on Monday, just yesterday I couldn't access the funds. I then called fnb seeing that they have put my funds on reserved. Their reason was very silly. Was t9ld I should contact sars. Upon calling sars, they said they have released the funds and there is nothing irregular. I was advised to take it up with the bank, they even gave me reference number. When i called fnb, its one story after the other. Fnb is the worst bank ever. How can i not be sble to access my own money because they feel like it
