Worst Bank

I Logged a ***** Claim 3 weeks ago, they said it would take 5-7 working days but up to now no Feedback, it has been almost 2 months since the money was ****** from my account, how much more phone calls and emails must a client send before i get my money back and feedback, this is truly unacceptable
