Worst Bank by far!

I have just received a very obnoxious call from Olga at the Petrol Card collections division! Olga advises that my petrol card is in arrears of R70! Needless to say I am extremely irate!

Firstly, I requested my PC limit to be decreased on the 24th August in an effort to reduce my debt - look at the history! I requested that the limit be reduced at that stage to R0 credit available. FNB only decided to action this request 2 weeks later (after my monthly scheduled payment of R400 was made on the 25th) This then resulted in FNB including my R400 payment which should never have been in the equation to begin with! This resulted in my account going into R70 excess which I was now hounded for! When I explained to Olga this is what has happened, she proceeded to tell me that FNB will never decrease my limit unless it is for the full balance! Seriously!!! I have been banking with you for the past 20 years! You are happy to collect your premier banking fees from me every month yet only action requests two weeks later!!

Seemingly only clients with a monthly balance of R100 000k matter to you and are looked after! I know this as my fiancé banks with you too and is well looked after for this very reason! His requests are actioned immediately.

I expect FNB to fix this mess which is through no fault of my own. My PC has never been in excess.

Also, seeing that you are not concerned with my banking requests- I will be moving my 32 day savings account to another bank who actually values their customers. I will also be moving my home loan and cheque account seeing that my business doesn't matter to FNB.

I expect a phone call to tell me that this mess has been resolved! Which will no doubt be 3 weeks from now if history is anything to go by!

Your now ex-customer!
