Worst bank branch in Knysna

As we now live in a rural area, I advised FNB that I would collect my new credit card from the Knysna branch, rather than having it delivered to our home address - which can be tricky. Bad decision, saving FNB the trouble and expense and wasting my own time in their utterly unprofessional Knysna branch, with now apology offered for the wait of more than half an hour (estimate said 10 minutes) before I eventually gave up and left without my new card. It is obvious that the Knysna branch is short on space, staff and professionalism. FNB is now welcome to courier my card to me, as I refuse to deal with such unfriendly and unprofessional consultants in a cramped space.
