WORST BANK!! And Unprofessional call centre agents!!!!

Worst bank… Soo unprofessional and unreasonable.My account was frozen due to “********** funds” ( R3000) ewallet. A lady by the name of Nomazwazi Sibande is apparently the one in charge ,no communication from her NOTHING ! She asked me for an affidavit to state where the funds where coming from I provided that 8 months ago,till this day she’s quite she never answers my emails that time my account is still frozen for 9 months now over R3000. The least they could have done was communicate with me,crazy part is that even when I go to the branch I cannot be assisted only this bad communicator by the Name Nomaswazi can deal with the matter!! If I call the call centre,they say am being transferred but they just hung up! It’s sooo frustrating!! I wouldn’t recommend fnb or that easy zero account to ANYONE!!!
