Worst bank and service!

I have been receiving my salary from abroad, the last few years. I never had problems, FNB changed the forex payment and since then it's been a nightmare to get my money. This month they claimed I rejected the fund. I have phoned emailed and still no real feedback on when the money would be released. The money has not been returned to the sender. But they are quick to take R200 per debit order that did not pass as the money was not leased. Worst bank and service I have ever experienced!
