Worst bank

Fnb has been the worst to me there’s debit orders that I don’t understand.... there’s a debit order that has been coming out sometimes twice in a day and the reference says Fnb card which I don’t understand why I’m being debited a card amount of R110 all the time it doesn’t make sense
