Worst bank

I have been with fnb since 2014 and was always able to reverse my debit order when I needed to even downgrade when I needed to, but since the lockdown they are not allowing any of the services and they did not notify me. When people are going through a touch time, they make it more difficult for their clients than easy. I have a funeral cover with them that I've had since 2014 that could lapse because they don't want to downgrade me to savings and they keep charging me rediculous banking charges which I cannot afford. FNB Does not care about their clients.
