Worst Bank

FNB OR MAYBE THE STAFF. I have been in a bad financial position a few months ago and contacted the bank I used to praise and made payment arrangements i made two payments time for my 3rd payment, my account is closed I've been calling and been transferred from one department to the other and the most intelligent ladies working in collections just can't assist at all. A week ago i get an exciting email that i have been handed over.

FNB will never be my choice of banking ever again and I wish people banking with you rather go elsewhere where they are valued and not being cheated on after making arrangements to a closed account to a hand over. Worst bank to be with.
