Worst bank

Third review since this is the only platform where you get hold of them. Unfortunately they respond once and thereafter you are ignored.

I will not refer any one to FNB as i have been struggling for almost a month to get my account closed. I paid the arrears and started procedure. 3 different banks refused to assist. Two fnb consultants said they will close however now I am in minus again because FNB does not do their job. Just want consumers to pay for no service delivered
