worst bank

The absolute worst bank i have ever dealt with.

ewallet was sent to incorrect number

so apparently i cant reverse an ewallet if the ewallet is sent to a guy with an easy zero account. no fnb wants me to call the complete stranger and ask him for the money bank

fnbs customer Centre is the absolute worse! it took me 4 times to speak to a service agent because every time it rang the would end the call. then once i spoke to someone all he could say was my transaction isn't eligible for reversal and sorry for the inconvenience??????????????????????????
