Worst ATM and service middelburg

I recently deposited money at the FNB ATM. The ATM malfunctioned and my money wasnt banked, not the first time this happened. I was promised 4 days then the money will be in my account. The incident happened on Tuesday 10 Oct 23.

Still no money in my account, and the people at the branch where it happened is so rude and unhelp full. They say it happened they can't do any about it and pull up their shoulders. FNB has the worst ATM for cash deposit and the worst customer service and unhelpful staff in Middelburg. Why must i wait and follow up and no one lets me know what is going on, I am most definitely starting to close my accounts with FNB and moving to another bank. This keeps on happening doesnt matter what ATM we use the ATMS is ****.
