How difficult is it really to get a Homeloan statement? Spent nearly the entire day on the phone just trying to get a statement sent to the SAME email address that has remained unchanged since the inception of this account. None of your consultants are willing to help and I am told to either register for online banking or go to the branch? What about people who don't have smartphones or are no where near an FNB branch? How difficult is it really to get an email sent to a registered email address? You are delaying my Visa application.
