Worst After Sales assistance..
It’s difficult to get through to their digital banking department to get any assistance and even their physical branches can’t help you at all, it really annoying and it’s made them the worst bank to deal with!!!!

11 Nov 2022, 13:10Still haven’t been contacted by the bank after responding to their email and giving them an alternative number to contact me on ***, this is a very pressing matter as it makes it difficult to do any banking in my own personal capacity without having to go to their useless branches…So Bongani do your job and call me as I have continuously responded to your emails!!!
