worst account opening experience-it is still not open after 20 days

I opened a business cheque account online 15 Oct 2020. I was given forms to fill and docs to submit which i did same day. 17/10 i received new forms to complete, which i did and submitted same day. FNB went quiet and didnt get back to me. I went to online chat platform and received no help saying my account was in progress they couldnt see where it was in the process. I called the 087 business number, no answer for 20min on end. As you can imagine this was a costly exercise for me as an entrepreneur. on the 27/10 i received a call from ops saying i need to complete new forms, i explained how urgent the account opening is and asked if i return the forms within the hour can she priorities my account opening? I further noted that the forms are being sent in drips and drabs, with 5-6 days in between and it is causing so many delays, do they need anythign else that i can submit to make sure this account it opened. She said after she receives the forms she will escalate and make sure it is opened, i completed and submitted same day. Heard nothing, i tried calling them everyday since then and nothing. i finally got through to online chat banking the 30th, she said they didn't receive my forms. I gave her the date and time they were sent, she found them on the group box and allocated them to my file. she assured me that the forms are submitted and I should get feedback asap as she has escalated the urgency(ref528823).Today 2/11, I receive an email saying the documents I submitted have not been received (post discussion with the lady on friday 30th), i sent a mail saying the documents were submitted 27/10 at 12:58 and complained that this process has been ridiculously slow and when I try call the offices no one answers. I am losing money and need this account urgently opened and still no help. I think i have officially given up, will cancel request and just go to another bank, lesson learnt!!
