On the 28/10 my account was debited twice yet by The Capital. I called the Capital and they said the funds were not reflecting on their end and FNB advised that its showing as reserved on my account . i filled out dispute form and sent it to FNB on the 29/10/15 . today marked 7 working days TAT. I called and spoke to Emily at general inquiries said i should have received a reference number but i did not receive that and she told me that there is nothing she can do as the escalations process takes another 7 working days . i requested to speak to her manager and she said her manager is busy but will call me back. i had to call back again and spoke another team leader Nkosinathi Molwenyana and he advised that i will have to wait 30 days as the Merchant seem to be holding back the funds , I advised that i needed my funds back but i was told to wait 30 days .I have called they merchant again they have advised they don't have the funds and the transaction was declined on their side and my bank should have the money. I don't know what to do anymore and the service i have had i am considering changing banks. Complaint submitted on behalf of Amina Raboteng.
